Swapnil Sharma
Vocalist
Dynamic and passionate professional with extensive experience in music, business, and education. Lead vocalist of The Shadows Nepal since 2000, contributing to Nepal’s rock music scene as a composer and lyricist for films, advertisements, and independent projects.
Rohit Shakya
Guitarist
Rohit Shakya is a multi-disciplinary artist and Sound Engineering graduate from SAE Institute, Thailand. With extensive experience in music production, film scoring, and video direction, he has collaborated with renowned artists such as Wyclef Jean, Sajjan Raj Vaidya, and Trishala Gurung.
Gautam Tandukar
Drummer
Creative, self-directed and highly motivated Musician with a comprehensive background in various genres of Drumming, live performance and music composition with over 15 years of experience.
Santosh Tamang
Keyboardist
Santosh Tamang is a versatile keyboardist and educator with expertise in jazz, rock, and pop. A graduate of Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory, he performs with Nepal’s premier bands SWAR (progressive rock) and Swatantra (classic rock), while teaching music at Boudha International School.
Siddhant Gurung
Bassist
A dedicated bassist with formal training from Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory, Siddhant brings technical precision and creative energy to every performance. Currently anchoring the rhythm section for SWAR, he actively contributes to songwriting and live shows.
Rupesh Sen
Manager
With 27+ years shaping Nepal’s music industry, Rupesh Pratap Sen is a pioneer in artist management and live events. Currently guiding SWAR‘s strategic growth, he first made his mark managing legendary rock act The Shadows Nepal (since 1997).
Ramesh Magar
Sound Engineer
A key architect of Nepal’s live music sound, Ramesh Magar engineers performances for top acts like The Shadows Nepal and SWAR. His expertise spans venue installations (Purple Haze, Supper Club) and international collaborations (Sanam Puri, DJ Diplo). Known for technical precision and musical sensitivity, he elevates every stage he touches.
